I started the gym when I was just 16, my dad Phil, was a great trainer too, so I learned loads from him, and then I even done a 2 year fitness course at Kelvin College Springburn.

I loved how I felt after training & wanted to be the best I could. After trying to get my friends into it and failing I was determined to change for the better so I can help others get into fitness easier and more smoothly. There is nothing worse than missed potential in a person.
So I've been a trainer for over 2 years now and have coached many many people. So my experience and knowledge has only been growing and growing.
I hope to pass onto you, as much knowledge and skills as you need to succeed for your goal. Because everyone is different I'll only give you what you need to succeed. Keeping our training succinct and concise, with minimal confusion.
