Book one, two or three sessions a week at our well equipped gym at Glasgow Fort. The sessions will take place on the gym floor guided by coach Saul.

Our coach will thoroughly create a personalised and well thought out workout plan for you to meet your fat loss and strength goals!
WEEKLY CHECK IN
Once a week you and your own coach will have a chat and go over some weekly questions in order to see your progress & nail any obstacles in the head quickly. Unlike other coaches who just give bare minimum responses. We are always looking for as much improvement as possible with any and all opportunities from these weekly check ins.
You will receive as much support as you need on this one from your coach. Simply ask all your questions during the weekly check in and you shall have your answers/solutions. You shall also receive the Meal Plan Calculator, Caffeine Cheat Sheet & Water Awareness nutrition spreadsheets to improve your knowledge & mindset
