Expectations
What we want to see!
Progress is only guaranteed when you have a fully completed log of: nutrition, check ins, workout plans.
Best results are expected when all these components are completed weekly without fail.

Cancellation/rescheduling
Individual sessions & Full termination
If you need to cancel a session that's fine, 24 hours notice is required in order for your to keep the session and reschedule it.
If a session is cancelled by the trainer then you can reschedule that session back.

Lateness
Running late? that's ok!
If we are going to be late, please text first. Sessions will still finish at the agreed time on the booking page.
We just might not get as much done, still any workout is better than no workout.

Photography/social media
Gym photos and progress photos
I will always ask you first once before taking photos or videos, which I may use for social media / marketing purposes.
I will always in your best interest try post good looking photos don't worry!
If you say no, that's fine too.

Refunds
Will you get a refund?
Due to the nature of fitness being an absolute godsend gift which prolongs life, I am not giving refunds. Please come into the gym and train with me or we can arrange an online coaching compensation.

Injuries/medical
We will work around your health
If you have an injury or illness then it must be stated before in the health questionnaire, or else you may be charged and refused training sessions.
Although we can most likely train around your conditions.
